Dialdozer

I build brands, tools, and communities โ usually from a beach somewhere.
I'm a serial entrepreneur and performance marketer. The growth playbooks I built helped carry Dr. Squatch toward its $1.5B Unilever acquisition, Omigo to its Brondell exit, and Guardline Security to its own. These days I'm scaling brands through Scaling Adventures, building Dialdozer, and growing a community that started as bonfires on a San Diego beach.

What started as Sunset Yoga Bonfire is growing into something bigger โ a community built around movement, connection, and kindness.
[NEEDS CONTEXT: the vision โ what does Alignment Society become?]
@alignment_society โMy growth agency โ where I'm Head of Growth for brands that want to scale aggressively without lighting money on fire. Home of the $250Kโ$750K/mo story below.
From zero
My first agency, founded at 23. Grew it from a one-man Facebook ads shop into the growth engine behind Dr. Squatch, Omigo, Ekster, Guardline Security, WORX, and Goodieco โ managing up to $465K/month in ad spend.
A free beach yoga + bonfire gathering I started in San Diego that grew into a 150-person community of strangers-turned-friends. Now evolving into Alignment Society.

Poured fuel on
I specialize in the front-end acquisition bottleneck โ the offer stack and funnel architecture that makes paid acquisition profitable at scale. Three of the brands I built playbooks for went on to exit.
Built the paid acquisition playbook during the scale-up years before the acquisition.
[NEEDS: the 2โ3 concrete strategy moves]
Generated $1.2M in sales within 10 days while cutting cost-per-acquisition by 80%.
Carved the growth strategy on its path to exit.
[NEEDS: strategy details + what can be said about the exit]
An ADHD coaching brand came to us stuck at $250K/month. I rebuilt the offer stack and funnel architecture โ cutting CAC 16% while lifting front-end AOV 37% โ and engineered an automated rules system that cross-checked HYROS attribution against platform data with stop-loss logic running 5+ checkpoints a day. Two months later: $750K/month, profitably.
The thing I'm proudest of
Every week, strangers showed up on the sand in Pacific Beach โ for free yoga, a bonfire, and the kind of belly-laugh belonging most people can't find in a city. I built it from zero. It became 150 people watching the sun go down together. It's why I believe communities are the best thing a person can build.
